Please see some frequently asked questions below about the 2024 Policy Conference. If you have additional questions, please contact us at education@omssa.com. Q: Where do I go when I arrive?
Please check in at our registration desk located in the Mississauga Ballroom Foyer to receive your conference badge.
Q: What is the parking protocol at the event?
There are several parking spots at the back of the hotel. If you elect to drive to the venue, park your car and then check-in at our registration desk in the Mississauga Ballroom Foyer. We will have a QR code for you to register your car for a daily rate of $15/vehicle per day.
Q: Will there be meals provided?
On both days, we will provide a light continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Q: What do I do if I have a dietary restriction?
We have noted any dietary information that is been provided to us when you were registered. During meals please check in with an OMSSA or hotel staff at the registration desk in the Mississauga Ballroom Foyer and we will assist you.
Q: Do I need to pre-register for the breakout rooms?
No, on the days of the event you are welcome to attend any of the breakout rooms. Look at
our program and head to the corresponding location.
