All fees are subject to HST.
Member rates are available to any staff member of an OMSSA member organization (one of the 47 CMSMs and DSSABs in Ontario).
Group rates are available to both members and non-members, with a 10% discount on the individual registration rate for registrations of five or more people per organization.
Cancellation and Sharing Policy
Requests for refunds will be honoured, less a $50.00 administration fee, provided a written notice of cancellation and request for refund is received on or before November 15, 2024. When cancellation is received on or after November 16, 2024 no monies will be refunded. Persons who register but do not attend and fail to provide notice of cancellation are not eligible for a refund. Registrations cannot be shared, however, substitutions will be accepted up to December 3, 2024. In the event a registered delegate is unable to attend, one delegate can be registered as a substitution for the purchased registration type. Delegates who arrive on site to share a registration will be charged a $75 administration fee to enter the conference. OMSSA reserves the right to cancel or change the program at any time and will be responsible for refunding the registration fee only. OMSSA is not in any way responsible for travel or accommodation costs or losses related to the event, and cannot be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses related to the conference.
