Human services are being transformed in response to today‘s unprecedented circumstances, along with integration initiatives and fundamental system changes. These emerging and impending changes have an impact on the communities that CMSMs and DSSABs serve, and on the programs and services they deliver.
Change is a constant, and its impacts on individuals and communities must be understood and managed. This workshop will help participants understand the mechanics and the culture of change, and develop strategies to lead teams, departments and communities through change.
