Clerical Support Worker - Bilingual - Community Support and Wellbeing
Permanent – Full Time

Position Summary
To respond to all inquiries in a professional manner and provide clerical support functions to assist in the efficient delivery of all Department programs.

Position Requirements
  1. Refer to Education section for the combination of education and experience.
  2. A community college certificate in an acceptable related field of study; or, one (1) year of recent office experience with a grade 12 diploma.  This job may be considered for educational equivalency in accordance with County Policy.
  3. Demonstrated written and verbal proficiency in the French language; tested and assessed at an advanced level
  4. Criminal reference check with vulnerable sector clearance.
  5. Demonstrated computer experience in a Windows environment.
  6. Demonstrated keyboarding skills of 50 - 55 wpm.
  7. Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  8. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Demonstrated organizational skills.
  10. Demonstrated mathematical skills.
  11. Evidence of continuing formal professional development will be considered an asset.
  12. Valid G class drivers license and access to reliable vehicle..
Salary Range
$29.42 - $33.62 per hour as per Collective Agreement (CUPE 5820.00)
