RFP: Risk Assessment – Massey Commons (City of Cornwall)

CLOSE DATE: February 27, 2025 AT 4:30 P.M.
DELIVERY LOCATION: Hard Copy Submissions Only - by fax, email or deliver to 100 Water Street Suite 104, Cornwall, Ontario.

The successful proponent will be expected to conduct a review of the building design plans and an onsite review of the subject property and consult with City staff (Housing Services staff) as well as public safety bodies and public education institutions. The completed study should list the identified issues/concerns and provide recommendations on how the City may address/mitigate the identified issues/concerns using crime prevention through environmental design principles and other risk management strategies in accordance with industry best practices.
