About the Job
Reporting to the Business & Human Services Integration Manager, the Data Analysis Coordinator develops, compiles, and maintains reports and interactive dashboards for internal and external audiences, performs data quality control/assurance and coordinates corporate and external reporting on key performance indicators. Works with management to plan and address data needs and provides analytical support to management and staff. The Coordinator compiles data sets, completes research, analysis and evaluation, and contributes to systems planning for programs across the Human Services Department.

$ 81,718-$96,129, based on a 35-hour work week
$44.90 - $52.82 Per Hour

Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Social Statistics, Research Analysis, or a related field
  • Two-years’ experience in data collection, data analysis, research, and evaluation
  • Knowledge of business intelligence software and practices, data collection, management, analysis, and visualization
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team as well as individually
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting working relationships
  • Ability to work with sensitivity towards the diverse perspectives of clients and a broad range of community partners
  • Ability to exhibit confidentiality and discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information
  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
  • Ability to keep current with new technology, programs and applications
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of data analysis software and systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and through presentations to a broad variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of Human Services programs, services, and key stakeholders
  • Valid Class G driver’s license
  • Clean Police Record Check
