The Director of Ontario Works is responsible for the management of case management services delivered through the Ontario Works programme, as well as the implementation of programme related policies and procedures in accordance with the Ontario Works Act, regulations, and directives. This position offers a comprehensive benefit package and a salary range of $99,335.60 - $116,207.00 on the Non-Union Compensation Grid, based on a 35-hour work week: regular schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm onsite/in-person; flexibility of hours may be required.
