All fees are subject to HST.
Member rates are available to any staff member of an OMSSA member organization (one of the 47 CMSMs and DSSABs in Ontario).
Group rates are available to both members and non-members, with a 20% discount on the individual registration rate for registrations of five or more people per organization.
Cancellation and Sharing Policy
Requests for refunds will be honoured, less a $50.00 administration fee, provided a written notice of cancellation and request for refund is received more than ten (10) business days (October 6, 2020) prior to the event. When cancellation is received ten business days or less (on or after October 7), no monies will be refunded. Persons who register but do not attend and fail to provide notice of cancellation are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions will be accepted on or before October 19, 2020. Substitutions will not be accepted after October 19, 2020. OMSSA reserves the right to cancel or change the forum without notice and will be responsible for refunding the registration fee only.
