All fees listed are per person.
Member rates are available to any staff member of an OMSSA member organization (one of the 47 CMSMs and DSSABs in Ontario).
1-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day registrations can be applied to the days of each participants' choice (May 11, 12, 13 or 14).
*Save 20% with Group Rates!
Group rates are available to both members and non-members, with a 20% discount on individual registration rates for registrations of five or more people.
This discount is available on all packages (full or daily registrations) when five or more individuals from the same organization are registered at the same time.
To access this discount, you must enter the discount code OMSSAGROUP on the "Billing Contact" page at the beginning of the registration process, and then follow the instructions to apply the discount once you have added at least five attendees. You will find these same details within the registration process for your convenience.
Cancellation and Sharing Policy
Requests for refunds will be honoured, less a $50.00 administration fee, provided a written notice of cancellation and request for refund is received more than five (5) business days prior to the event (on or before May 3, 2021). When cancellation is received five business days or less, (on or after May 4, 2021) no monies will be refunded. Persons who register but do not attend and fail to provide notice of cancellation are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions will be accepted up to May 6, 2021. Substitutions cannot be accepted after May 6, 2021. OMSSA reserves the right to cancel or change the program without notice and will be responsible for refunding the registration fee only.
