THIS IS A FULL-TIME PERMANENT NON-BARGAINING UNIT POSITION.

LMCH is looking for someone with a passion for improving service delivery and organizational accountability. This role will work closely with our shareholder, the Board of Directors, staff, tenants, and other community stakeholders to support LMCH in providing healthy homes and communities in London and Middlesex.
 
Work location is primarily LMCH office sites in London and LMCH housing locations throughout the City of London and Middlesex County.


1.WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Plan, co-ordinate, communicate, monitor, and report on the implementation of strategic initiatives including LMCH strategic and operational plans.
  • Develop and implement a program to support LMCH reporting back to our shareholder and service manager to support good governance.
  • Develop recommendations to improve business processes that support a tenant-centric delivery model.
  • Implement and evaluate process improvement initiatives across LMCH in partnership with staff, tenants, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide project management support for the delivery of key internal change and service integration projects including changes to policies, procedures, and business processes to improve internal and external customer service.
  • Consult and collaborate with other business units, front-line staff, residents, and senior leadership as appropriate to gain their feedback on content areas.
  • Lead development, implementation, and analysis of tools to measure satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Collect data and information that help teams understand who the client is and how satisfied they are with LMCH services.
  • Collaborate across the organization to support effective change management, training, and communication.
  • Support the development of a reporting system that includes tenant related social-economic data and performance information on program delivery of engagement, partnerships, and community economic development.
  • Conduct research on best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge about customer service and experience strategies and translate it into the LMCH context.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered in accordance with internal, resident, shareholder, or other requirements.
  • Lead related business intelligence and data analytics projects.
  • Develop reports, papers, briefing notes, and presentations for internal use and to communicate to stakeholders.
2.WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Post-secondary education (graduate degree preferred) in business administration or other relevant field (e.g. public policy, commerce, law, communications, social policy).
  • 5 years of experience (work or co-op) in a dynamic public corporate environment in one or more of the following areas: policy analysis or development, performance measurement, customer service/experience strategies, market research, strategic planning, creation and monitoring of accountability systems.
  • Proficiency with computerized business applications including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software applications.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, prepare reports and statements.
  • Excellent project management, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.

4.POLICE RECORDS CHECK AND VULNERABLE POSITION SCREENING
 This position requires the successful candidate submit a current Police Records check from their local police service. A current LMCH employee who is the successful candidate for this position must also provide this document unless it is already on file and not more than one year old.
 
5.SALARY & BENEFITS:
 Target salary range of $75,000 to $80,000; we also offer comprehensive health benefits and a defined benefit pension plan.
 Normal working hours are 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday to Friday, with some work required outside of this schedule from time to time.
