We are seeking a Finance & Information Technology Manager to further develop and maintain a high-performing finance and I.T. department by providing effective and inspiring leadership and encouraging a culture of CARE.
Overall, you will have the responsibilities for Finance and Information Technology (I.T.) including payroll, accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and I.T deployment and development. Your scope includes delivering on the functions that currently exist, and building the processes, systems and efficiencies that will enable the success of our Strategic Plan. You should be ready and excited to expand the organization’s capacity for analysis and reporting to ensure that strategic choices are supported by financial data. You will strive to automate and electronicize current processes to improve efficiencies within the finance department and assist in developing similar processes within other departments. Working with the finance team you will help to build a strong internal controls environment that will deliver timely and accurate financial information across the organization.

$65,299.88 - $82,690.48 with comprehensive health benefits and a defined benefit pension plan.
