All fees are subject to HST.
Member rates are available to any staff member of an OMSSA member organization (one of the 47 CMSMs and DSSABs in Ontario).
Group rates are available to both members and non-members, with a 20% discount on the individual registration rate for registrations of five or more people per organization.
Cancellation and Sharing Policy
Requests for refunds will be honoured, less a $50.00 administration fee, provided a written notice of cancellation and request for refund is received more than five (5) business days prior to the event (on or before November 24, 2020). When cancellation is received five business days or less, (on or after November 25, 2020) no monies will be refunded. Persons who register but do not attend and fail to provide notice of cancellation are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions will be accepted up to November 27, 2020. Substitutions cannot be accepted after November 27, 2020. OMSSA reserves the right to cancel or change the program without notice and will be responsible for refunding the registration fee only.
