In this fast paced world of ever changing service delivery, a multigenerational workforce and complex needs of individuals and families in need of support, effective leadership is critical at all levels of human services. 

This one day forum will delve into the changes that are coming and what you will need to be a leader, to lead your staff and your organization through these changes.  The forum will provide staff at all levels with practical tools and resources that can be implemented immediately.   • Ways to encourage new and tenured staff to look at the ground floor as a positive workplace value;

  • Strategies for crafting effective internal communications and policies while systems are in rapid flux;

  • Methods to involve and invigorate a caseload in the face of rapid change
