Summary:
 
Reporting to the Managing Director, Neighbourhood, Children & Fire Services, the Manager IV, Neighbourhood Strategic Initiatives & Funding is responsible for managing all aspects of the major strategic and community initiatives and program areas of Neighbourhood, Children & Fire Services,  neighbourhood development and support, neighbourhood and community funding, neighbourhood and community wide strategic initiatives, and policy and planning support.
 
Qualifications/Experience: 
  • Master’s Degree in Social Science, Social Work, Business or Public Administration or measurable competency equivalence in a related field of study.
  • Ten (10) years of progressive leadership and resource management in a large, multi-location organization.  Demonstrated experience in a related senior management position in a multi-functional public sector setting. 
Compensation:  $108,101 to $146,999
