2019 Leadership Symposium | Transformational Leadership: Inspiration, Motivation and Mobilization

OMSSA's 2019 Leadership Symposium: Transformational Leadership: Inspiration, Motivation and Mobilization will be a valuable opportunity to learn about transformational leadership, and how it can be leveraged to change culture; inspire others to commit to organizational change; and effectively mobilize change throughout the organization. 

This two-day event will equip delegates with the information, tools, resources and introduce best practices that will assist in leading and championing transformational leadership in human services.

Call for Proposals

We are seeking proposals for plenary and breakout sessions from OMSSA members, their community partners, provincial and federal government and other human service organizations (in Ontario, across Canada and internationally) that speak to the theme of Transformational Leadership.

Excite conference delegates with details of your organization’s programs, initiatives or ground-breaking ideas. Showcase your innovative community partnerships, creative use of funds, space, people and other resources to champion change and best serve those in your community.
