Congratulations to OMSSA President Elaine Baxter-Trahair

Please join me in congratulating OMSSA President, Elaine Baxter-Trahair as she assumes her new position as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) with the Region of Durham after 27 years of service at the City of Toronto.
 
With a wealth of experience serving as Toronto’s General Manager of Children’s Services, and more recently as Acting Deputy City Manager, we are certain that the Region of Durham is excited to welcome Elaine as CAO.
 
Elaine will continue to serve in her role as OMSSA President once she transitions to her new role in December.
 
We wish her every success in her new adventure and look forward to her continued leadership as President of OMSSA’s Board of Directors for the 2018-2019 term.
